Fjord design & innovation pod leadership
Part of my role as a member of the leadership team for "innovation pods" is to identify new opportunities and ensure the quality of our projects. These pods are multi-disciplinary teams that focus on creating innovative solutions for complex industry problems.
As the Design Director of the Fjord design team at Accenture - The Dock, I am responsible for providing the necessary skills, resources, and fostering a positive culture to enable the team to perform at their best and achieve success.
AI led drug discovery experience
Re-designing of the overall drug discovery process and introducing a new AI tool which effectively support and provide confidence to discovery scientists in generating an informed hypothesis for new drug identification.

autonomous identity & access management
The product uses AI and machine learning to automate access processes, improving productivity and security. It predicts the best level of entitlement for individuals and provides justification for easier access granting, saving time for decision-makers. It was tested to generate over $10 million in potential annual savings and hundreds of thousands of hours for a large healthcare company. The product has been acquired by Forgerock, a leading access management software company, for use with their enterprise clients.
Educator & mentor for Service design and systems thinking
As part of my role at Accenture's innovation center, I help designers acquire the skills and approaches they need to effectively deal with complexity. The systems design approach and related methods that I developed for the innovation projects can be applied at various stages of a project to understand the complexity of the current problem and also to design the desired future state of the system.
Thread - Transforming the supply chain
An in-depth design research study with 21 fashion companies to identify ways that technology can be leveraged to improve transparency and traceability, and how these improvements can help to make the fashion industry more sustainable. Over 15 potential solutions were identified during the synthesis process to facilitate the systemic change.

Smart city playbook
A playbook to help Qatar become a smart city. It supports Qatar's digital transformation by connecting global innovators and big tech with the needs of the local market in the Information Communication Technologies ecosystem. The playbook was developed by synthesizing the ideas and goals of over 100 experts from various backgrounds and includes over 120 use cases for the transportation, logistics, environment, healthcare, and sports sectors.

Connected mine - Industry 4.0
The ’Connected Mine’ product redesigns the process of getting resources from the mine to the market for one of the world’s leading copper mine companies. The product uses IoT devices and advanced analytics to integrate all of the previously separate systems into a single, smooth process that aligns people, processes, and platforms to maximize efficiency.
